Job brief

Join us as ‘Head of Sales’ and be an active part of the disruption of an entire industry! You will be responsible for driving aggressive revenue growth for SalesCaddie, scaling the team and work closely with the CEO.


  • Functional responsibility for all inbound and outbound sales across consumer, SME, and enterprise customers
  • Translate overall commercial strategy into a customer centric and focused sales approach
  • Grow and lead a high performing sales team that is the face of our marketplace
  • Establish KPI's, communicate them transparently, and translate them into actionable deliverables
  • Use a data-driven approach to sales and team management, and ensure the organization delivers results against ambitious targets
  • Define best practice in performance management
  • Support the CEO with our overall growth and expansion strategy
  • Define, implement, and manage all sales channels and tactics
  • Ensure the team is trained well and up to date with latest insights and systems
  • Coordinate and align our growth strategy with marketing and product teams
  • Develop a deep understanding of our different types of customers and individually relevant sales methods
  • Update sales processes with a focus on scalability


  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales at a fast growth organization
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading high performance sales teams
  • Degree in economics, business, STEM, marketing OR equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of overachieving sales targets
  • Deep expertise in B2B sales and account management
  • Strong sales process discipline, with ability to take a planned, data-oriented, and analytical approach
  • Obsession with delivering world class service and delighting customers
  • Highly strategic and entrepreneurial with extreme focus on contributing to top line growth
  • Excellent communication skills
  • True and inspiring leadership ability
  • Strong organization skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Prioritization, strategic thinking, fast learning, hands-on attitude, and good humoured when the pressure is on
